The Academy of Information and Telecommunication Technologies (ICT Academy, St. Petersburg, Russia) was established in 2009 on the basis of research departments of Information Systems and Data Protection Faculty of Saint-Petersburg State University of Aerospace Instrumentation. Scientific and technology works made by the researches of these departments became a strong foundation for the new educational institution. The Academy involves leading specialists and experts in the field of Coding Theory, Communications, Data Protection, Software Development and Hardware Prototyping from different St. Petersburg Institutes and Universities.

SUAI FRUCT Communty is glad to announce an open lecture of Dr. Sergey Balandin "Russia-Finland Cooperation and NordSecMob Program". The lecture will take part on this Wednesday (November 23, 2011), 13:30pm in the room 11-27a on Bolshaya Morskaya str., St. Petersburg.
The scope of the lecture includes the opportunities and advantages of the NordSecMob master program in Aalto University, which is available now for SUAI students as a result of the Finnish-Russian University Cooperation Program (FRUCT initiative).

On 5, July an open lecture "Practical Web Security" from Luxoft Ltd. will take place in ICT Academy.
Luxoft Ltd. is a leading russian company in security audit and outsourcing of the secure applications.
Specialists of the company will describe the principles, methods and tools for the security audit (static and dynamic) of web applications. Examples from the practice will be also demonstrated. Lecturer: Dmitriy Desyatkov, Team Leader of Luxoft Application Security Department.
